Schedule automatic conversion via job queue

To schedule automatic conversion of standing orders, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Job Queue Entries, and then choose the related link.
    The Job Queue Entries page opens.
  2. Select New to create a job queue entry.
  3. Enter the required information in the following fields:

    FieldValue
    Object Type to RunEnter Report.
    Object ID to RunEnter ConvertStandingSalesOrder59FDW 70241761 to run the object for the recurring current job.
    Earliest Start Date/TimeSelect the date and time when the job should first run for example, (1:00 AM daily).
    RecurrenceDefine the schedule for example, (daily or weekly).
    Job Queue Category CodeSelect a category code to prioritize or group sales tasks. This field is optional.

    The conversion uses the default values configured on the Sales Call Plan Setup page.

  4. In the Status field, select Active.

    The job queue runs the conversion automatically according to the schedule. The system executes the report and logs execution outcomes on the Job Queue Log Entries page.
