Manage standing order detail entries

Standing order detail entries store the quantity data for each item line by day of the week. These records are used during conversion to create sales order lines with appropriate quantities.

To manage standing order detail entries, follow the steps below:

  1. On the Standing Sales Order page, select the AssistEdit button in any of the Sunday–Saturday fields to open the Standing Order Detail Entries page.

  2. The Standing Order Detail Entries page displays the required information in the following fields:

    FieldDescription
    Standing Order No.Specifies the identifier for the standing order.
    Standing Order Line No.Specifies the line number for the specific entry within the standing order.
    Item No.Specifies the selected item for this line.
    DescriptionSpecifies the description from the Variant Code field value if a variant is selected, otherwise, displays the default description of the item.
    Variant CodeSpecifies the selected item variant code.
    Unit of Measure CodeSpecifies the selected unit of measure for the item.
    Day of WeekSpecifies the day of the week for this quantity entry.
    QuantitySpecifies the quantity for the day of the week.


    The field values on the Standing Order Detail Entries page are non-editable. New entries are created automatically when you modify quantities in the standing order.
