Assign item quantities to a buffer order

After linking a buffer order to the trading board, you can enter the Quantity and Unit Price field values and assign the item quantities and unit price entered to the lines of the respective linked buffer order, along with the allocated lots.

Select any of the following actions on the Trading Board page.

Action	Description
Assign	Assign the quantities entered on the trading board entries to the lines of the linked buffer order.
Assign & Close	Assign the quantities entered on the trading board entries to the lines of the linked buffer order and close the trading board.

• You can assign quantities for items that are blocked.
• When you assign item quantities, the quantities available in the associated lot are reduced.
