What
Archive - Detailed Warehouse Entries.
Why
As a warehouse manager, I only want to have Detailed Warehouse Entries of License Plates still in inventory, or recently shipped, so the Detailed Warehouse Entries give me an overview of the history of License Plates in the last, self-selected, period.
This will also boost my performance using Full LPN Balance Check On Pick Registration.As a warehouse manager, I want to have an archived Detailed Warehouse Entries, with older processed Detailed Warehouse Entries, so I >will always be able to check out all Detailed Warehouse Entries.
As a Warehouse Manager, I want to be able to add a retention period for archiving License Plates, so I do not archive empty license >plates only created in the last day(s) to use as mixed License Plates.

Setup default Retention Periods
Best Practice using the different retention periods on Detailed Whse. Entries..
- Archiving history of a License Plate still in inventory, is mostly performed on license plates that have been in stock for a long time.
- Archiving history of shipped License Plate with no inventory anymore, can have a shorter retention period.
- Select the Search icon
, enter Adv. Warehouse Setup and then choose the related link. - In the Archiving fastTab, fill in all fields as necessary. Hover over a field to read a short description.

Flow
1. Select the Search icon , enter Detailed Warehouse Entries and then choose the related link.

What
LP Status to update in non-sales processes.
Why
As a warehouse employee, I want all LPs in a warehouse process to change to the correct LP Status according to the warehouse Process, so I can add the correct checks, and post the warehouse shipments.
As a warehouse employee, I want all shipped LPs to keep their content lines, so I still check upon those LP and the are not deleted by archiving.
Both flows are ready for sales orders, not for transfer, nor purchase return orders.
How
Fixed for all type of orders with an outbound flow.
