Creation of Released Production Order in Business Central

Prior to creating a Released Production Order, make sure you perform the below tasks:

  1. Define the Routing for the Product to be sent.
  2. The Asset Type selected in the Routing page under the APMOEE FastTab for the Product Type must be defined in the APMOEE portal.
  3. Also the Production Order Inclusion Start Date and Production Order Inclusion End Date must be defined in the Location Card page.

To create a Released Production Order:

  1. Select the Search icon Tell me what you want to do, enter Released Production Order, and then choose the related link.
    The Released Production Orders list page opens.
  2. On the action bar, select New.
    A new Released Production Order card page opens.
  3. In the Source No. field, select a value from the dropdown.
  4. In the Due Date and Quantity fields, enter the required values.
  5. On the action bar, select Process > Refresh Production Order.
    The Refresh Production Order page opens.
  6. Select OK.

The Released Production Order is now created and if required, you can change the APMOEE Asset Type, Routing and Routing Version Code from the lines.

The Tmax per Minute and Average Output per Hour field values on the Routing or Routing Version page are inherited to the APMOEE Tmax per Minute and APMOEE AOR per Hour fields on the released production order line based on the setup. These details will also be sent to the APMOEE portal along with the other relevant information.
