Automatically Send Released Production Order to APMOEE Portal

You need to setup a Job Queue with name APMOEEProdRunSchedulerFDW to send Released Production Order to the APMOEE portal. This Job Queue runs according to the specified re-occurrence time set in the background.

  1. Select the Search icon Tell me what you want to do, enter Job Queue Entries and then choose the related link.
    The Job Queue Entries page opens.
  2. Click New to create a Job Queue with name APMOEEProdRunSchedulerFDW.
  3. On the Recurrence FastTab, turn on the required toggle.

    For example, if you want the job queue to be run on every wednesday, turn on the Run on Wednesdays toggle.
  4. In the No. of Minutes between Runs field, enter a desired value.

    For example, if you want to send the orders once per day, then the value shall be entered as 1440 minutes.
  5. Select the Job Queue and click Set Status to Ready.

It will send the Released Production Orders to the APMOEE portal. Additionally, it will send any orders that are within the range defined in the Prod. Order Inclusion Start Date and Prod. Order Inclusion End Date fields on the Location Card page.

The related notification will be sent to the email address provided in the Admin Email field on the Aptean Process Manufacturing OEE FastTab of the associated Location Card page when there is a failure with API.
