Setting up Request Forms

For each location you can setup the Scanning Modules.

1. Select the Search icon , enter Request Forms (OWM) and then choose the related link.
2. On the action bar, select New.
3. Fill in the fields as necessary. Hover over a field to read the tooltip.
4. In the Fields FastTab, the request form input fields are determined.
