The Aptean Print Agents page contains a list of agents that have been installed for printing service. You can view details of the print agents in the following fields:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Computer Name | Specifies the computer name of the agent. |
| Client Version | Specifies the version number that the agent is currently using. |
| Client Build | Specifies the build that the agent is currently using. |
| Connected | Specifies the status of the connection. |
| Last Connect Date Time | Specifies the date and time that the agent was last connected. |
To upgrade the agents and refresh the agents and printers
- Select the Search icon
, enter Aptean Print Agents, and then choose the related link.
The Aptean Print Agents opens. - On the action bar, select:
- Upgrade Agent: Upgrade the agent software to the most recent version.
- Refresh Agents Printer List: Update the list of available printers that are associated with the respective agents if any printer is added or removed from the server.
- Refresh Agents & Printers: Update the list of available printers along with their respective agent.
