Translate standard comments

To translate the standard comments based on the required language, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Standard Comments page.
  2. On the action bar, select Related > Translations.
    The Translation Standard Comments List page opens.
  3. In the Language Code field, select the required code to translate the comments.

    The system automatically uses the translated version of comments for document printing, depending on the customer language setting.

To update the comments in other languages, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Translation Standard Comments card page.
  2. On the General FastTab, in the Language Code field, select the required language.
  3. Turn on the All Language Codes toggle to apply the comment to all languages. This setting overrides any language specified in the Language Code field. If the customer does not have a language code assigned, the system uses the language code where the All Language Codes toggle is turned on.
  4. On the Lines FastTab, in the Comment Text field, enter the required comments.

    The system translates and displays the comments on the source document based on the selected language code.
