Set up advanced check management

You can configure the Advanced Check Management Setup page to store digital signatures and a company logo that will automatically print on checks. This reduces the need for manual signing, saving time and improving efficiency. You can also define threshold amounts to control when a signature is applied.

To configure advanced check management, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Advanced Check Management Setup, and then choose the related link.
    The Advanced Check Management Setup page opens.

  2. On the Signature FastTab, perform the following steps:

    a. Turn on the Auto-Print Signatures toggle to automatically print stored signatures when printing checks.

    b. In the Signature 1 Threshold Amount and Signature 2 Threshold Amount fields, enter the threshold amount values for signature printing.

    For example:

    • If the check amount is below or equal to the Signature 1 Threshold Amount field value, Signature 1 will print.
    • If the check amount is below or equal to the Signature 2 Threshold Amount field value, Signature 2 will print.
    • If the check amount is above the Signature 2 Threshold Amount field value, no signatures will print, requiring manual review and signing for higher-value checks.

      c. Turn on the Force Signature 1 and Force Signature 2 toggles to always print the stored signatures will always print regardless of thresholds.

      Use this configuration carefully to avoid applying signatures where a manual check is required.

      d. In the Signature 1 Picture and Signature 2 Picture fields, select the Add icon to upload the image of the signatures.

    The image of the signatures is displayed once it is uploaded successfully.

  3. On the Logo FastTab, in the Check Logo field, select the add icon to upload the image of the logo.
    The image of the logo is displayed once it is uploaded successfully.
