Features

With the features added in this release of the Aptean Advanced Workflow extension, you can:

• Set mandatory comments for a specific decision value on a decision type to-do template card by selecting a value in the Mandatory Comment Decision Value Filter field. For more information, see To create a to-do template.
• Turn on the Copy Comment as a Note to Source toggle on the General FastTab of the To-do Template Card page for all to-do types if you want the system to copy comments as a note to the source document automatically. For more information, see To create a to-do template.
• Define sub wild card values to include date formula values from a source document (for example, customer) to calculate a date upon selecting the Formula Wild Card Values action on the Table Condition Wild Card Values and Table Condition Multi Line Wild Card pages, when the Value Type field is set to System Value and the System Value field is set to Workdate or Today. Additionally, you can use date field values in combination with the new date formula sub wild card calculation.

Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Advanced Workflow extension, the following enhancements and modifications have been made.

• The action bar of the Workflow To-do List page has been enhanced to improve readability.
• The Commission and Print Document options from the Type field on the Table Condition Card page have been made obsolete as these condition types are not required anymore.
• The after and before run warehouse post receipt and shipment hook-in codes have been added to the Hook-ins page.

UI/UX changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.

• The Mandatory Comment Decision Value Filter field has been added to the To-do Template Card page.
• The Copy Comment as a Note to Source toggle has been moved from the Criteria FastTab to the General FastTab on the To-Do Template Card page.
• The AF.WHSE.RCPT.L.POST, AF.WHSE.SHPT.L.POST, BEF.WHSE.RCPT.L.POST, and BEF.WHSE.SHPTL.POST hook-in codes have been added to the Hook-ins page.
• The Commission and Print Document options have been removed from the Type field on the Table Condition Card page.

Resolved issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release.

ID	Description
155714	The system incorrectly opens a shadow To-Do Card page upon selecting a to-do record associated with the employee from the Workflow To-Do List page, preventing the changes from being synchronized.
224888	An error occurs when selecting the AssistEdit button in the Filter field on the Table Condition Card page. This issue occurs when the value selected in the Field ID field is of type Boolean.
