With this release of the Aptean Advanced Workflow extension, supports are added for dynamic links based on the connected service, which enhances user experience and improves performance.

Enhancements/Modifications

The enhancements in this release are listed below:

• The BC employee table now uses the company email address instead of the private email address for agilesWorkflow employees.
• Added the ability to work with multiple tenants and modified the link so that the users can jump to the source in my to-dos for a customer, item, vendors etc.
• Users can now manage their workflows with the expanded view option available for both To-dos and To-do Groups.
• Emails are now sent from the BC Mail accounts instead of SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol).

Resolved issues

The following issue has been fixed in this release:

• Unable to change the status in to-do responsibilities when a filter is applied.
• Overflow error occurs when copying field values.
