Configure the Aptean CRM Setup

A user with the APTEAN CRM ADMIN permission can configure the Aptean CRM Setup page. To connect the Business Central solution to Aptean CRM, follow these steps:

  1. In Business Central, on the Aptean CRM Role Center page,in the Setup, choose the Aptean CRM Setup link from the dropdown.
    Alternatively, select the Search icon , enter Aptean CRM Setup and then choose the related link.
    The Aptean CRM Setup page opens.
  2. On the General FastTab, in the Admin Email field, enter the administrator email address to which the user can send notifications if an error occurs when synchronizing the records.
  3. In the URL field, specify the Aptean CRM URL. The Tenant ID will be auto-generated.
  4. On the action bar, select Test Connection.
  5. Select Test API Connection action to establish the API connection between the Business Central solution and the Aptean CRM application.
    A dialog box shows the result of the test: The Aptean CRM API is connected.
  6. Click OK.
