Assign default scales to Locations

You can assign preferred scales for your company locations. You can also assign scales as default for both Receipt and Shipment locations. The following procedure describes how to perform this activity.

1. Select the Search icon , enter Locations and then choose the related link.
   The Locations page opens.

2. On the action bar, select New.
   The Location Card page opens.

3. On the General Fast Tab, select the AssistEdit button and choose Location Code and Scale Code to assign default scales for both Receipt Default Weigh Scale and Shipment Default Weigh Scale field.

   The system assigns the scales based on Location Scale Integration Setup. To know more, see Scale Integration Location Setup.
