Walkthrough: Confirm loading the truck

Before we let the truck drive of, we want to be sure we put all the License Plates on the truck. Advanced Warehouse Management will always warn when not all license plates do not have the Status Loaded License Plate on the moment we post the Warehouse Shipment.

To run this walkthrough, it is required to completely finish all the picks of the Walkthrough: Setup and processing picks first.

Post the Warehouse shipment

1. Select the Search icon , enter Warehouse Shipments, and then choose the related link.
2. Select SH000011, the Warehouse shipment page opens.
3. Check the Warehouse Shipment Lines if all values in the Qty. to Ship field are equal to the values in the Quantity field. If not please finish the Walkthrough: Setup and processing picks first.
4. Choose the Post Shipment action.
5. A remark pops up, One or more pallets do not have the Status LOADED! Continue? Click No.
6. To check which License Plates do not have the status LOADED, choose the Open Record action, in the Pallets field. This opens the License Plate List, filtered on the current Warehouse Shipment.
7. Close the License Plate List.

On the scanner

8. Open the WMS App on the scanner and login to Location SILVER_WMS, WMS Silver Warehouse London - Bonded and Tax Paid bins.
9. Select the Outbound group.
10. Select the Shipment Load List module, this opens the document list.
11. Select the first line, this opens the item list.
12. Scan the License Plate from the first line. The line disappears from the list.
13. Scan License Plate 4 0010000 000000331 2. You are warned, this License Plate is not for this list, to avoid putting incorrect License Plates on the truck.

Check the Warehouse shipment

14. Choose the Open Record action, in the Pallets field. This opens the License Plate List, filtered on the current Warehouse Shipment.
15. Check the License Plate List.
16. Close the License Plate List.

On the scanner

17. Confirm all the License Plates on the Shipment Load List.
18. When the list is empty, all License Plates are confirmed, choose Complete, and then click Yes.
19. Close the document list.

Post the Warehouse shipment

20. In the Warehouse Shipment, choose the Post Shipment action.
