  • Expiration Date
  • Quantity
  • SSCC
These can be in one 2D Barcode or in multiple 1D or 2D barcodes.
When scanning labels, please scan in order above.

Post output on the scanner

  1. Open the WMS App on the scanner and login to Location SILVER_WMS, WMS Silver Warehouse London - Bonded and Tax Paid bins.
  2. Check the group Inbound.
  3. Select the Prod. Output module, this opens the document list.
  4. Select the first line, this opens the item list.
  5. Scan barcodes from label starting by the Item, until all information is provided to post the output, the scanner will ask for information if needed.
  6. The quantity in the item line is reduced by the quantity of the posted output.
  7. Scan barcodes from the same label starting by the Item, until all information is provided to post the output, the scanner will ask for information if needed.
  8. An error message will tell you not to exceed the quantity of the Item Unit of Measure for the Default Pallet UOM, in the Adv. Warehouse Setup. The LPN Quantity Inbound Restriction on the item or in the Adv. Warehouse Setup, is the trigger for the error, in this company it is set on Single Lot No. What means you can only have 1 Lot No per License Plate No and the quantity can never exceed the full pallet quantity. This setup, of course, does not apply to Mix pallets.
  9. Press OK to exit the error.
  10. Scan barcodes from the 4 other labels starting by the Item, until all information is provided to post the output, the scanner will ask for information if needed.
  11. The quantity in the item line is every time reduced by the quantity of the posted output.
  12. Close the item list.
  13. Close the document list.

The output is posted, to verify the warehouse movements, check the Warehouse Entries and the Detailed Warehouse Entries.
