Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Warehouse Management System extension,

The system introduces enhanced lot reservation validation during the warehouse pick process. When registering a pick for a sales order, the system checks whether the selected lot number has already been reserved in another outbound document. If the lot is reserved elsewhere, the system prevents the pick from being registered and displays an appropriate error message.

The system enhances destination license plate number functionality for single pick scenarios. When using a warehouse template with the Picking Type field value set to Single Pick, the system behaves consistently with mix pick process. It allows consolidating items into a single destination license plate, automatically or manually assigning the license plate in the Place line based on pick quantity and license plate selection in the Take line. Existing license plate values are cleared if the source license plate is changed.
All other validations and behaviors work similarly those used in mix pick processes. To know more, see Setting up warehouse templates.

The warehouse pick process has been enhanced to display only lines with an Outstanding Quantity field value greater than 0. This ensures that warehouse employees are presented with only the relevant items that still require picking, streamlining the workflow and minimizing unnecessary actions during order processing.
You can register an underpick even when the Quantity to Handle field value is 0 on the Warehouse Pick page, provided the underdelivery tolerance is within the allowed limit.

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.

The Location Code field has been added to the Detailed Warehouse Entries page.
The Hide Complete Button field has been added to the Company Settings (WMS) page.
The Confirm Underdeliver toggle has been added to the WMS Configuration page.
The Confirm Underpick toggle has been added to the Warehouse Templates page.
The Confirm Underdelivery toggle has been added to the Journal Setup FastTab of the WMS Configuration page.
The Confirm Underpick checkbox has been added to the Warehouse Templates page.
The Verify Overpick and Verify Underpick validators have been added to the Module Validation page associated with the Warehouse Pick module.
The Overpick postback field has been added to the Additional Fields page associated with the Warehouse Pick module.
The Verify Underdelivery and Verify Overdelivery validators have been added to the Module Validation page associated with the Warehouse Receipt module.
The Overdelivery postback field has been added to the Additional Fields page associated with the Warehouse Receipt module.
The Over Pick and Under Pick validators have been made obsolete on the Module Validation page associated with the Warehouse Pick module.

The following issues have been resolved in this release.

ID	Description
290457	An error occurs on the Item Tracking Lines page when attempting to modify the quantity in the Quantity (Base) field on the Item Tracking Lines page for a warehouse receipt line. This issue arises after completing the receipt process through the WMS scanner.
301347	The system incorrectly clears the Lot No. field value in the warehouse lines on the Warehouse Pick page when registering a license plate from the scanner. Additionally, the system displays incorrect value for the Qty field on the scanner.

The minimum version required for the Aptean Warehouse Management System extension to operate with this release is 1.11.245550.0.
