Features

With the features added in this release of the Aptean Warehouse Management System extension,

The system allows you to hide or display the Complete button on scanner modules that use direct registering or direct posting by turning on or turning off the Hide Complete Button toggle on the Company Settings (WMS) page.
- If the Hide Complete Button toggle is turned on, the Complete button related to direct posting is hidden for all modules that have a value in the Posting Handler field.
- If the Hide Complete Button toggle is turned off, the Complete button is displayed.
- The Complete button remains enabled for modules that do not use a posting handler, regardless of the toggle state.
- For the Direct Put-Away module, the Complete button is always displayed.
The Confirm Underdeliver toggle allows you to control whether a confirmation message is displayed when performing underreceiving or underpick during warehouse receiving or picking operations on the scanner. This functionality works only for the Warehouse Receipt and Warehouse Pick modules.
- When the Confirm Underdeliver toggle is turned on, the system displays a confirmation message if you turn on the Underdelivery toggle on the scanner.
  - Upon confirmation, the system allows to underdeliver for the corresponding warehouse activity lines and completes the pick, if all lines have zero outstanding quantity.
  - If declined, the Underdelivery toggle on the scanner is turned off.
- When the Confirm UnderPick toggle is turned off, the system automatically processes underdelivery without displaying a confirmation message, provided all outstanding quantities are set to zero.
This feature improves flexibility and user control during partial picking scenarios.

You can configure the Underpick toggle on the Pick module of the Aptean WMS scanner to specify whether the activity involves the over or underpick. For more information, see Integration with Aptean Production Over Pick.
You can configure the Underdelivery toggle on the Receipt module of the Aptean WMS scanner to specify whether the activity involves over or underdelivery. For more information, see Integration with Aptean Over Under Delivery.

Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Warehouse Management System extension, the following improvements have been made to the user interface on the Ad Hoc Movement screen of the WMS scanner to enhance clarity and usability.

The system displays the Input or Print button on the Ad Hoc Movement screen based on the value (Input or Print) selected in the ID field on the Request Forms FastTab of the Module Settings page.
The system always displays the Item information button on the Ad Hoc Movement screen but is unable to select when item inventory information is not available.

UI/UX changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.

The Underpick toggle has been added to the item line of the Pick module.
The Underdelivery toggle has been added to the item line of the Receipt module.

Resolved issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release:

290595	The system incorrectly registers the full pick quantity instead of the scanned quantity in the Qty field when posting a warehouse pick for a non-license plate tracked item using the WMS Android scanner. This issue occurs after scanning a bin and entering a partial quantity in the Qty field on the related Pick screen.
273096	The system incorrectly enables the Item Information button, displaying the Qty. on Stock field value as zero on the Item information screen.
302148	The system fails to display complete bin codes on the WMS scanner.
276103	The system fails to support partial picking when processing picks via the scanner. This issue occurs after scanning a bin and entering a partial quantity in the Qty field on the related Pick screen.
302142	The system incorrectly allows to scan the license plate on the Ad Hoc Movement screen associated with a different location other than the current scanner location.
263184	The system fails to retain the bin code for pick lines with non-SSCC-tracked items after performing a pick using the scanner in a directed location. As a result, the bin is removed from both the pick line and the scanner, and the Qty. to Handle field value is incorrectly set to zero on the Warehouse Pick page.
304196	The system fails to process a pick line split across multiple bins after assigning a destination license plate in the scanner. Additionally, an error occurs while scanning the full quantity from a single existing license plate number.
276470	The system incorrectly displays the Qty. on Stock field value as zero on the Item information screen. This issue occurs when the Item information button is selected for a license plate on the Ad Hoc Movement screen even when the scanned license plate has stock in the warehouse.
285419	The system incorrectly displays expiration date required message on the Ad Hoc Movement screen when scanning a bin with non-tracked items in a directed put-away and pick locations.

The minimum version required for the Aptean Warehouse Management System extension to operate with this release is 2505.0.0.0.
