Create weighbridge ticket from warehouse receipt

The creation of the Weighbridge Ticket should meet the following requirements:

1. The Weighbridge Setup page must have values in the Weighbridge Base UOM and Ticket Nos.
2. On the Location Card page, on the Warehouse FastTab, the Require Receive and the Weighbridge Enabled toggles must be turned on.
3. The item should be assigned only one lot number.

The following procedure shows how to create a Weighbridge Ticket from Warehouse Receipt through Purchase Order:

1. Navigate to the desired Purchase Order page.

2. On the action bar, select Release > Release.

3. Select More options > Actions > Warehouse > Other > Create Whse. Receipt.

   1. Alternatively, Select the Search icon , enter Warehouse Receipts, and then choose the related link.
      The Warehouse Receipts list page opens.
   2. Select the desired No. from the list.
      The Warehouse Receipt page opens.

4. On the action bar, More options > Actions > Functions > Create Weighbridge Ticket.
   Alternatively, select More options > Actions > Warehouse > Create Whse. Receipt and Weighbridge Ticket from the Purchase Order page.
   The Weighbridge Ticket page is created with the Source Type field filled with ‘Warehouse Receipt’ and the Source No. field with the corresponding warehouse receipt number.

   Note

   You cannot edit or delete a warehouse receipt when a weighbridge ticket is associated with it.
