Features

With the features added in this release of the Aptean Transport extension,

• You can view the Location Code field on the Transport Order and Transport Management pages.
• The system updates the Location Code field value automatically when creating a transport order after executing the Create Transport Order action on the Transport Planning page if all associated stops have the same location code. If the stops have different values, the field remains blank.

• You can view and define pickup, delivery date, and time information on the Transport Planning, Sales Order, Sales Return Order, Purchase Order, Purchase Return Order, and Transfer Order pages. The system displays the fields based on the document type:
  • Outbound documents (sales order and purchase return order): Displays delivery date and time.
  • Inbound documents (purchase order and sales return order): Displays pickup date and time.
  • Transfer orders: Displays both pickup and delivery date and time fields.

Enhancements/Modifications

This extension has been updated to ensure interoperability with the recent changes in the Aptean POD Integration Connector. For more information, see Highlights of POD Integration Connector, version 2501.0.0.0.

UI/UX changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.

• The Location Code field has been added to the Transport Order and Transport Management pages.
• The following fields have been added to the Transport Planning and Transport Request pages linked to the Transport Order page.
  • Pickup Date
  • Pickup Starting Time
  • Pickup Ending Time
  • Delivery Date
  • Delivery Starting Time
  • Delivery Ending Time
• The Planned Start Date Time, Planned End Time, Planned Departure Date Time, and Planned Return Date Time fields have been added to the General FastTab of the Transport Order page.
• The Delivery Starting Time and Delivery Ending Time fields have been added to the Sales Order, Purchase Return Order and Transfer Order pages.
• The Pickup Date, Pickup Starting Time, and Pickup Ending Time fields have been added to the Purchase Order, Sales Return Order and Transfer Order pages.
• The Pickup Starting Time and Pickup Ending Time fields have been added to the Vendor Card page.
• The Delivery Starting Time and Delivery Ending Time fields have been added to the Customer Card page.
• The following fields have been added to the Location Card page:
  • Shipping Starting Time
  • Shipping Ending Time
  • Receiving Starting Time
  • Receiving Ending Time
