Use vendor templates for tax

Tax setup can be included in vendor templates. This will reduce the amount of work related to the vendor registration.

1. Open the relevant vendor template, and then choose the Taxes action.
2. Fill in the fields on the lines as necessary. Hover over a field to read a short description.
3. Choose the Tax Classifications action.
4. Fill in the fields on the lines as necessary. Hover over a field to read a short description.
