General posting setup

The accounts that will be used when tax is posted are defined in the General Posting Setup:

• Tax due accounts for:

  • Sales transaction
  • Internal transactions
  • Purchase transactions

These accounts can be setup on the Tax FastTab in the General Posting Setup. Our advice is to use a dedicated Gen. Product Posting Group for taxes.
