Introduction

The Aptean Service Provisioning (SPR) extension helps you manage third-party ownership across receiving, production, and shipping processes in Business Central. You can classify vendors, customers, locations, and items as own or third-party, and the system ensures adherence to ownership rules across various documents to ensure compliance and data integrity.

When handling third-party ownership, the system restricts the addition of prices in documents, such as purchase orders and item journals. Additionally, the system ensures the correct lot selection for third-party items in production orders.
