Enhancements/Modifications
With this release of the Aptean Shop Floor Production (BC) extension,
- You can configure whether labels should be printed automatically when registering an output using the Auto Print Label on Output Registration toggle on the Shop Floor Production Setup page. For more information, see Set up shop floor production.
- You can enter WIW in the search bar to quickly find and access the Work Instruction Worksheet page.
- You can edit worksheet data in Excel, modify specific fields, and save the updates directly in Business Central. For more information, see Upload work instructions to Business Central or SharePoint document library.
- If a work instruction file is deleted from SharePoint, its mapping data remains in the worksheet and is highlighted in red for easy identification. You can then remove the missing records manually or automatically. For more information, see Identify missing work instruction files.
- When you open the Production Orders list page, the cursor is automatically placed in the search bar. This allows you to quickly scan a barcode or enter a production order number without additional clicks, reducing manual effort.
- The system displays ”-” instead of “NaN%” on the Input tile when all items are set to automatic flushing, indicating 0% completion. If any items in the production order are set to manual flushing, the completion percentage will be calculated based on the registered input.
