Under-Pick Tolerance

When the Over and Under-pick extension is installed, it is possible to pick a higher or lower quantity for consumption production. It should be possible to use the tolerances setup for Over and Under-Pick in the Shop Floor Production Power App.

1. Select the Orders option.
2. Select the desired production order number.
3. Select the Input button.
4. Select the Register button.
5. In the Quantity input field and enter the quantity to be registered.
6. Select Save. You can view the quantity of input items registered.
7. Select Back.
8. Select the Output button.
   Some output quantity needs to be registered before the Under-pick tolerance level can be checked.
9. Select Stop.
   A dialog box opens asking if the order is finished.
10. Select the Order is finished option.
    Another dialog box opens displaying the following message: Input is not complete for all items. The order cannot be finished.

The error message pops up because the Quantity of Input items registered falls below the allowed Under-pick tolerance level.
