Sales Comments

With the Aptean Advanced Comments extension, you can enter comments in a sales order that must be shown in a production order. When the user has both extensions, Advanced Comments and Shop Floor Production, the comments entered in the sales order must be shown in the Shop Floor Production (SFP) Power App.

1. Select a Work Center.
2. Select the correct production order number.

Here, the Sales Comments and Standard Comments can be seen. The Sales Comments are displayed at the top followed by the Standard Comments.

The Standard Comments are imported from the Production Order and the Sales Comments are imported from the Sales Order that was used to create the Production Order.
