Real-Time Posting
When an Output or Consumption is registered in real-time via the Shop Floor Production Power App, the registration is directly posted as Output or Consumption in Business Central through the Output or Consumption Journal.
When you register the output or consumption in the Shop Floor Production Power App, only the Item Ledger Entries are created and the Shop Floor Production Registration Entries are not created in Business Central. This condition only applies when using the Post Shop Floor Production Time Entries report.
NoteWhen negative output registration is done for catch weight items, Weight Quantity, Quantity, Weight Quantity Corrected, and Quantity Corrected fields are updated on the Shop Floor Registration Table.
When negative output registration is done for non-catch weight items, the Quantity and Quantity Corrected fields are updated on the Shop Floor Registration Table.
