Quality control teams

A group of users who register for a quality check or action plan is referred to as a quality control team. A user can be assigned to multiple Quality Control Teams.

  1. Select the Search icon alt text, enter Quality Control Teams, and then choose the related link.
  2. On the action bar, click New.
  3. In the Code field, enter a code for the Quality Control Team.
  4. In the Description field, enter a description.

When you are added as a quality control user, you get access to the pages or actions assigned to your quality control team based on the configuration on the Quality Control Team Members Matrix page. However, as a quality control manager, you have access to all the pages and actions.
