Integration with Aptean Advanced Attributes

When the Aptean Quality Control (BC) extension is used in conjunction with the Aptean Advanced Attributes extension, you can set up the user-defined attributes linked to items, customers, and vendors. The Aptean Advanced Attributes extension must be installed to perform the following setup:

  1. On the Quality Control Setup page, fill in the Item Attribute, Customer Attribute, and Vendor Attribute field values.
  2. On the Quality Control Triggers page, in the Item Type field, select Item Attribute or Vendor Attribute. The item attribute selected on the Quality Control Setup page is linked to the No. field. The vendor attribute is linked to the Source No. field.
  3. In the Source Type field, select Customer Attribute. The customer attribute selected on the Quality Control Setup page is linked to the Source No. field.
