Features

With the features added in this release of the Aptean Quality Control (BC) extension,

• You can create dynamic workflows in quality action plans on the Quality Control Action Plan page. Each action plan line can be conditionally displayed based on responses to previous questions during a quality check. This ensures that you see only relevant follow-up actions. • The system supports a higher character limit, allowing you to enter complete instructions by executing the Extended Instructions action on the Quality Control Action Plan page. This ensures that all action plan instructions can be fully captured and displayed. To know more, see Add extended instructions.

• The following integration events have been added to the following codeunits to support customizations and flexibility for extending the quality management functionality.

• The Extended Instructions action has been added to the Quality Control Action and Quality Control Action Plan pages.
• The Depends on Sequence and Required Answer fields have been added to the Quality Control Action Plan and Posted Quality Control Action pages.
• The Comments field has been added to the Quality Control Summary report.
• The Extended checkbox has been added to the Quality Control Action and Quality Control Action Plan pages.
• The Information icon has been added to the questions associated with the quality control action plans and posted quality control action plans associated with the Quality Control App page.
