Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Quality Control (QCA) for Food and Beverage (BC) extension,

The system ensures that date and time are displayed consistently across all screens based on the setting in the Region field on the My Settings page in Business Central, allowing you to view date and time formats relevant to the specified region. For example, users with the English (India) region setting can view the dates in the DD-MM-YYYY format.

Dates entered as text-based answers in quality checks and quality actions are not formatted according to regional settings.
The system streamlines the creation of action plans by grouping questions with the same failure action code (defined in the Failure Action Plan field on the Quality Control Plan page) into a single action plan.
You can view a loading indicator displayed while uploading or deleting images for questions during quality checks.

Large image uploads may take a few seconds, depending on the file size and network speed.
You can use the Hide image preview in Quality Control App toggle on the Quality Control Setup page to show or hide image previews for Photo-type questions during quality control checks. For more information, see Manage images in quality checks.

UI/UX changes

The SHOW PHOTOS button has been added for Photo-type questions for quality control checks.

This button is visible only when the Hide image preview in Quality Control App toggle on the Quality Control Setup page is turned on.

Resolved issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release.

247823	The system fails to update the status of a quality check from New to In Progress when a user accepts the default value for a quality control question. Additionally, the Assigned To User field remains blank.
247489	The system displays the quality plan description in the list view in a way that overlaps with the Status field value, making the description partially or fully hidden.
249259	The system fails to remove a posted quality action from the quality action list after it is completed and posted. Additionally, users are redirected to a blank page when selecting the previously posted action plan.
249573	The system reverts to the previous value when 0 is entered for a question with the Question Type field set as Decimal during a quality control check.
250998	The system displays overlapping text for the Highest, Average, and Lowest terms on the line chart when viewing measurements for a question without any recorded values.
250981	The system incorrectly displays the equipment from the Quality Control Questions page instead of the equipment specified on the Quality Control Plan page within the quality control check on the Quality Control App page.
251007	The system fails to refresh the line chart data correctly when a value is removed from a sample question in a quality check instead of updating to reflect the change.
255332	The system fails to display the full reading value on the graph in the All Measurements dialog when the values exceed five digits.
