Configure slaughter date in quick production entry

You can configure slaughter date tracking on the From FastTab and To FastTab of the Item Card page. This functionality ensures that all raw meat is traceable and validated throughout the production process.

To configure slaughter date in quick production entry

1. Select the Search icon , enter Quick Production Entries, and then choose the related link.
   The Quick Production Entry page opens.
2. On the From FastTab,
   When the Lot No. is selected, the Slaughter Date field value is automatically inherited from the lot number.
3. On the To FastTab:
   When a lot is assigned, the Slaughter Date field is automatically populated.
   You can manually reassign the date in the Slaughter Date field.

The system does not allow the selection of a future date in the Slaughter Date field. If a future date is entered, an error message is displayed.

Quick production additional consumption

1. On the action bar, select Additional Consumption.
   The Quick Production Additional Consumption page opens.
2. When the Lot No. field value is selected, the Slaughter Date field is automatically inherited from the Item Tracking Lines page and is hidden from the user interface.

Slaughter date in released quick production

1. After creating the production order, navigate to the Released Production Order page.
2. In the Lines FastTabs, on the action bar, select Item Tracking Lines.
   The Item Tracking Lines page opens and the system updates the Slaughter Date field value.
