Features

With the features added in this release of the Aptean Product Specification extension, you can:

Filter product specification lines by specification template and manage status changes directly from the Product Specification End Product, Product Specification Semi Products, and Product Specification Raw Materials pages. This enhancement streamlines the workflow for managing product specifications across raw materials, packaging, semi-products, and end products.

Indicate trace presence of allergens using the new trace symbol. This enhancement provides better alignment with LeDa code standards for allergen labeling. For more information, see Product specification raw material.

With this release of the Aptean Product Specification extension,

The Product Specification report has been enhanced to include additional information for improved clarity and completeness. For more information, see Product specifications.

The fat percentage limit validation has been enhanced to be optional based on industry requirements. The system performs validation only when limit values are configured on the Product Specification Setup page. For more information, see Set up product specification templates.

You can include or exclude attributes from all sub-levels when running the calculate report for a product specification using the Exclude Attributes from Sub-level toggle on the General FastTab of the Product Specification End Product and Product Specification Semi Product pages. The Change Status action has been added to the following pages:

The Specification Template Code field has been added to the following pages:

- Product Specification Semi Products
- Product Specification End Products
The tilde symbol (~) option has been added to the Presence field on the Product Specification Allergens page.

The following issues have been resolved in this release.

325260	The system restricts to enter value with three decimal place in the Manual % field on the Product Specifications page.
329855	The system displays an incorrect explanation for the U value in the Presence field on the Product Specification report.
