Item Alternate Cost History

With this feature, you can track the changes made to certain alternate cost codes and gain a detailed overview of the changes. You can access the Item Alternate Cost History page from the following pages:

  • Alternate Cost Worksheet
  • Item Alternate Cost

You can view the following details on the Item Alternate Cost History page:

FieldDescription
Item No.Specifies the item number that has been defined in the selected entry.
DescriptionSpecifies the description of the item associated with the selected entry.
Alternate Cost CodeSpecifies the unique identifier of the alternate cost that has been assigned to the selected entry.
Alternate Cost Code DescriptionSpecifies the description associated with the alternate cost code.
Old CostSpecifies the cost defined before updating the alternate cost code.
New CostSpecifies the new cost that has been updated in the alternate cost code.
Old Future CostSpecifies the future cost defined before updating the alternate cost code.
New Future CostSpecifies the new future cost that has been updated in the alternate cost code.
Old Future Start DateSpecifies the future start date defined to the alternate cost code originally.
New Future Start DateSpecifies the new future start date that has been updated in the alternate cost code.
Modified AtSpecifies the date and time on which the alternate cost code was updated with the new changes.

On the action bar, select Refresh History to get the latest updates regarding the selected alternate cost code.
