The Aptean Non Conformances (NCF) extension enables you to receive, document, categorize, follow up, and process customer non-conformances.

Non-Conformances can be linked to Customers and also to Consumers, which don’t need to be set up in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.You can conveniently record non conformances directly from Microsoft Outlook and effortlessly transform an incoming email into a non-conformance. Subsequently, your team members are promptly notified via Teams and are delegated tasks in a designated SharePoint folder. This facilitates the prompt resolution of any customer concerns, ensuring that top-notch customer service is provided.

In addition to utilizing original source documents, non-related data can also be incorporated as comments on non-conformance lines, making the process incredibly versatile.

The non-conformance reference can be added to several sales documents to explain why a specific sales document was created. It also tracks if the non-conformance follow-up is done properly.
