Features

With the features added in this release of the Aptean Non Conformances extension, you can:

• Create and link claims directly from non-conformance records for improved traceability and streamlined issue resolution. For more information, see Customer Non-Conformance.

• Create a sales credit memo, sales order, or sales claim directly from the Customer Non-Conformance page. For more information, see Customer Non-Conformance.
• Create a purchase credit memo, purchase return order, or purchase claim directly from the Vendor Non-Conformance page. For more information, see Vendor Non-Conformances.
• Track the severity and comments on the Customer Non-Conformance and Vendor Non-Conformance pages for better traceability, reporting, and management of non-conformance issues.
• Track the purchase date on the Vendor Non-Conformance page.

• The Select - Non-Conformance Severity Code page has been added.

• The following actions have been added to the Vendor Non-Conformance page.
