Setup
The Receive activity can be configured for a particular mobile profile by entering RECEIPT in the Page field on the Mobile Profile Setup page.
Fill in the fields as follows:

| Allow Post | Indicates whether mobile users will have the ability to post warehouse receipt documents directly from a handheld device. If this option is not enabled, posting must be recorded through the Business Central client. |
| Enter Details | Indicates whether you want users to have the ability to record lot-specific details about the lot records that are received via Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration. |
| Accumulate Qty. | Indicates whether the recording of multiple receipt quantities against the same document line will be cumulative. If this option is enabled, a receipt quantity will continue to increase with each activity. For example, if we recorded a receipt quantity of 2 units against a document line, then recorded a second receipt quantity of 3 units against the same line, the total quantity to receive would be 5 units. If this option is not enabled, the last recorded quantity will be interpreted as the quantity to receive. Using our previous scenario, recording first a quantity of 2 units and then a quantity of 3 units would result in a total quantity to receive of 3 units. |
| Auto Open Details | Indicates whether the details opens automatically after an item has been received. |
| Auto Print Tag | Indicates whether a lot tag report or license plate report will be printed automatically. The report will be automatically printed when selecting the Accept button on the Details screen. |
| Batch Assign Lot | Indicates whether a lot number must be assigned in batch, which is done on the mobile device from the details tab. |
| Show Qty. to Receive | Indicates whether you want the Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration page to include information about the outstanding quantity to receive for a receipt item. This information is copied directly from the corresponding document line in Business Central. |
| Show Qty. Received | Indicates whether you want the Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration page to include information about the currently received quantity of a receipt item. This information is copied directly from the corresponding document line in Business Central. |
| Use scanned Serial No. | Indicates how the system processes serial numbers from GS1-128 barcodes. When set to Shipping Unit No., scanned serial numbers are considered as shipping unit numbers instead of their default serial numbers. When set to Ignore, the system will not process the serial number. |
| Application Identifier Quantity Sequence | Specifies the order in which the system looks for quantity information in GS1-128 barcodes during receiving activities. It checks the quantity in sequence and compares the unit of measure between the identifier and the item. |
| Show “Ignore Parsing” Barcode Button | Indicates whether the Ignore Parsing toggle is displayed on the Receive screen. If this option is set to Yes on the Mobile Profile Setup page, the Ignore Parsing toggle will be displayed on the Receive screen. By default, this option is set to No. |
| Parsing by default | Indicates whether the system automatically applies the GS1 barcode parsing process. If this option is set to Yes, GS1 barcode data will be processed. If set to No, the system will skip GS1 barcode parsing. By default, this option is set to Yes. |
| Auto Accept Details | The system automatically executes the Accept action for the populated data and skips the Details screen if all required information is retrieved. If Auto Open Details and Auto Accept Details descriptions are set to Yes on the Mobile Profile Setup page, the process moves to the next step without manual confirmation. |
In addition, if the Enter Details setup option has been set to Yes, it is necessary to indicate which fields from the Lot No. Information table will be presented when the user views receipt details by clicking the Profile Page Fields option.

| Sort Order | Enter a numeric value in this field to sequence the order in which the field will be displayed in relation to the sort orders that have been assigned to the other fields. |
| Field Name | Define the field that you want to display. Any field from the Lot No. Information table can be entered here. The format of this entry must identify the source of table by presenting [LotInfo] in brackets, followed by a period, and finally followed by the desired field number, also in brackets. For example, a value of [LotInfo].[ItemNo] would instruct the application to present the Item Number field from the Lot No. Information table. No spaces or punctuation (such as periods that typically appear at the end of abbreviated words) may be used, but a character’s case must be correct . Please be aware that this is a text field, and all values must be entered manually. The profile setup that is included with the Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration solution’s ‘Create Default Setup’ on the Mobile Setup page, has already been configured to include all necessary settings. |
| Field Label | Define the label that will be assigned to the field when it is displayed to mobile users. |
| Editable | Place a check mark in this field to indicate that the field can be edited directly from the Details screen in the mobile application. If this field is unchecked, it will be presented for purely informational purposes. |
| Multi Value | Place a check mark in this field to permit the entry of multiple values for the field. |
You must specify the fields that will be accessible for every mobile profile that will utilize the Receive activity. This allows for different types of information to be available to different profiles.
