Put-Away

This activity allows the user to place items into a warehouse’s storage bins following their receipt. The following types of put-away can be processed via Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration:

Warehouse Put-Aways are created following the posting of warehouse receipts. When a warehouse put-away is registered, the items on the put-away’s lines are removed from the warehouse’s designated receiving bin and placed into their storage bins.

In addition to being available for selection in the Action menu on the home screen, the Put-Away activity can be launched in the following ways:

With the home screen open, pressing the F6 button on the handheld device.
Entering or scanning a put-away or posted warehouse receipt number in the quick scan area on the home screen.
Clicking the Put-Away icon in the Tile view or the Put-Away option in the list view on the home screen.

The Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration currently supports only Warehouse Put-Away activities and does not accommodate Inventory Put-Away processes.
