Dynamics 365 Business Central Activity I

The released production orders for which data will be recorded via Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration must be created within Business Central prior to mobile processing. Although it is not required, it may be useful to enter the ID for the mobile user who will process the production activity in the Assigned User ID field on the General FastTab of the Released Production Order page.

When a user launches the production activity in Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration, it is possible to view a list of only those production documents that have been assigned to the relevant user ID.

If you are working within an environment that utilizes bins for production reporting, the appropriate quantities of a production order’s components should be moved to the location’s defined From-Production bin prior to recording consumption through Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration. The application will not be able to record consumption if there is an insufficient quantity of the component in this bin.
