Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration Activity

If the License Plate Information page is opened via a quick scan, this information will already be populated. If not, it must be manually entered in the Item Identifier field. Physically pressing Enter on the hand-held device will instruct Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration to obtain information about the license plate.

The fields that were assigned to the relevant mobile profile on the Mobile Profile page are presented to the user, such as the Shipping Container, Location Code, Zone Code, Bin Code information, along with the Blocked and Empty status of the License plate. The lines provide information regarding the item such as Item No., Item Description, Variant Code, Quantity, Unit of Measure Code, Expiration Date, and Lot No.

A label containing the License Plate information can be printed from the hand-held device. In case that the option ‘Labeling’ has been selected in the field Label Printing Method, on the Mobile Setup page in Business Central Environment, the printing of the label will be handled by the Aptean Food & Beverage Labeling extension. Before being able to print a label, a label has to exist which contains 70241434 as label subtype. This will match the subtype sent from the API to the mobile device and the label can therefore be used for printing license plate information.

In case that the option ‘RDLC’ has been selected in the field Label Printing Method, the printing of the label will be handled with the RDLC report that is selected in the field License Plate Report ID on the Mobile Setup page.
