Unlike other mobile activities that permit the creation of a warehouse activity based on the entry or scanning of a source document, the Mobile Queue activity is only a listing of existing warehouse documents. As a result, any warehouse activity that will be included in the queue must be created within Business Central prior to mobile processing. Although it is not required, it may be useful to enter the ID for the mobile user who will process the activity in the Assigned User ID field on the General FastTab of the warehouse document.

When a user launches the Mobile Queue activity in Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration, any warehouse documents that have been assigned to the relevant user ID will be included in that user’s queue. Note that the mobile queue will also display any warehouse documents that share the user’s related special equipment code.

The status of a warehouse document must also be changed to Released in Business Central prior to processing in Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration.
