Count

This activity allows the user to record physical inventory counting activities. After a Physical Inventory Journal batch has been specified, Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration allows the user to update and add to the batch’s existing journal lines. In this manner, it is possible for warehouse personnel to transmit physical inventory count data to Business Central, where it can be reviewed and posted by a user.

In addition to being available for selection in the Action menu on the home screen, the Count activity can be launched in the following ways:

• With the home screen open, pressing the F8 button on the handheld device.
• Entering or scanning the name of the Physical Inventory Journal batch in which activity is being recorded in the quick scan area on the home screen.
• Clicking the Count icon in the Tile view or the Count option in the list view on the home screen.
