Dynamics 365 Business Central Activity I

In Business Central, you can create warehouse receipts for inbound documents using Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration. This allows you to record data before processing it on the mobile device. While not mandatory, it can be beneficial to enter the ID of the mobile user responsible for the receiving activity in the Assigned User ID field on the Warehouse Receipt page.

When launching the Receive activity in Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration, only receiving documents assigned to the relevant user ID and with a Released status will be displayed in the list.

Before processing in Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration, make sure to change the status of the warehouse receipt to Released in Business Central. Additionally, if you want to create a warehouse receipt for an inbound document (purchase, sales return, or inbound transfer order) from the mobile device, the status of the inbound document must also be changed to Released in Business Central.
