PBI 223758 - Review integration with Revisions
What
When I create a production order (planned, firm planned, or released) and select a revision no. after selecting the item. The correct BOM version and/or routing version is updated in the production order lines.
Why
I as a production planner want that if I validate the field revision which has the BOM version or routing version attached to the revision no. the fields from Drink-IT are also updated in my production header and when I refresh my production order the production order lines should also be updated with the correct values from Revision no., Prod. BOM version, and Prod Routing version.
How
- Select the Search icon
, enter Items, and then choose the related link. - On the Items List page, select the item for which you want to create a revision.
- On the action bar, select Actions > Functions and then select create item or revision on the Item Card page.
- Create a minor revision from the wizard page and finish the wizard to create the revision.
- Open the revision list from the item card by actions, items, and Item Minor Revisions.
- Activate the revision by changing the status to Active of the revision.
- Select the Search icon , enter Released Production Order, and then choose the related link.
- Create a new Production order for the item you created a minor revision.
- On Manufacturing Accelerator FastTab, select the revision no.
- Refresh the production order.
- After the action the correct BOM version and routing version will be selected on the Production Order line and been added in the production order component and/or production order routing lines.

What
Recalculate dependent line for Active Ingredient is not working anymore.
Why
When you select entries by Volume - Strength in the Item Tracking Lines for a Prod. Order Components line with an Active Ingredient item,
- and that lot had a different strength than the expected strength,
- and you confirmed the update question, then the dependent component was not updated anymore.
How
This is solved.

What
When selecting Lot Nos in the Prod. Order Components page and Production Journal by the Assign FEFO by Volume*Strength function (with option All bins in this location), it did not take into account well Lot Nos that were assigned in a previous Production Order. That has been corrected.
