Outbound transactions

License plates must be registered on every outbound transaction in case that the item and location are license plate tracked.

When you fill in the License Plate No. field in an item tracking line for an outbound transaction with a license plate number that contains only one lot number for the item, it will automatically fill in the Lot No. field.

When you fill in the License Plate No. field in a warehouse activity line for an outbound transaction, such as the Warehouse Pick and the Inventory Movement pages, the Lot No. field will also be automatically filled if the license plate number contains only one lot number for the item and the Qty. to Handle field will be automatically filled in with the quantity of LP Line, only if the quantity of the LP line is equal to or is less than the Outstanding Quantity of the warehouse activity line.
