Setting up Logistics

No. Series has to be setup for the route planning.

  1. Select the Search icon , enterĀ Logistics Setup, and then choose the related link.
  2. On theĀ Logistics Setup page, fill in the fields as necessary.
    Hover over a field to read the tooltip.
  3. Turn on the Show Customer Address for Sales Return Order toggle to display the sell-to customer address on the Route Planning Worksheet page for sales return orders instead of the ship-to address.
    This ensures that logistics teams can properly schedule return pickups based on the actual customer location, optimizing truck space and route planning.
  4. On the action bar, select General > Logistic Employees.
    The Logistics Employees List page opens.
    You can set up the default settings for logistics operations such as route planning worksheet on this page.
  5. On the Logistics Setup page, on the action bar select Delivery > Delivery Types.
    The Delivery Types page opens.
    You can set up the delivery types such as forklift available, manually load/unload, pickup, or any other type that can be assigned to customers and vendors.
