Setting Up Logistic information for a vendor

Setting Up Order Addresses

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Vendors, and then choose the related link.
  2. Select the No. to open the card page for the selected vendor where you want to setup logistic information.
  3. On the Vendor Card page, on the Logistics FastTab fill in the fields as necessary. Hover over a field to read the tooltip.
  4. On the Delivery Times field, there is the possibility to setup multiple delivery times related to vendor, order address, pickup, and day.
  5. Select the value in the Delivery Times field to open the Delivery/Pickup Times, fill in the fields as necessary. Hover over a field to read the tooltip.
Note

On the Customer Card, on the Receiving FastTab, the Base Calander and Customized calendar field will determine if a requested pickup day is
a non-working day or not for the vendor.

Setting Up Order Addresses

  2. On the action bar, select Related > Vendor and then select Order Addresses.
  3. On the Order Address List page select the order address where you want to setup logistic information.
  4. On the Order Addresses page, on the Logistics FastTab fill in the fields as necessary. Hover over a field to read the tooltip.
  5. On the Delivery Times field, there is the possibility to setup multiple delivery times related to customer, ship-to address, and shipment day.
  6. Select the value in the Delivery Times field to open the Delivery/Pickup Times, fill in the fields as necessary. Hover over a field to read the tooltip.
