Setting Up Logistic information for a customer
In this article
- Select the Search icon , enter Customers, and then choose the related link.
- Select the No. to open the card page for the selected customer where you want to setup logistic information.
- On the Customer Card page, on the Logistics FastTab fill in the fields as necessary. Hover over a field to read the tooltip.
- On the Delivery Times field, there is the possibility to setup multiple delivery times related to customer, ship-to Address, and shipment day.
- Select the value in the Delivery Timesfield to open the Delivery/Pickup Times page, fill in the fields as necessary. Hover over a field to read the tooltip.
NoteBase Calander and Customized calendar on the customer card below
the Shipping FastTab will determine if a requested delivery day is
a non-working day or not for the customer.

- On the action bar, select Releated > Customer > Ship-to-Addresses.
- Open the Ship-to Address List card and select the shipping address where you want to setup logistic information.
- On the Ship-to-Address page, on the Logistics FastTab fill in the fields as necessary. Hover over a field to read the tooltip.
