Transfer Orders inherits the logistic information from transfer route for the from- and -to location, but can be updated on the document.
Find it on the LOGISTICS FastTab. This information is used in route planning.
Shipment date synchronize the receipt date.
The Logistics FastTab shows:
The order totals OUT for Gross Weight1, Volume1 as defined in Drink-IT Foundation Setup.
The order totals IN for Gross Weight1, Volume1 as defined in Drink-IT Foundation Setup
The Total Quantity pallet IN, per pallet UOM code defined on any of the items.
The Total Quantity pallet OUT, per pallet UOM code defined on any of the items.
The total weights and no. of pallets are equal for OUT and IN.
When the order is released, automatically a route planning no. is linked to the purchase order based on the route and the expected receive date. When an open route planning no. already exists for that it will assign it to that, else it will first create the route planning no (automatically).
Select the Search icon , enter Transfer Order, and then choose the related link.
On the action bar, select New.
Fill in the fields as necessary to create a transfer order. Hover over a field to read the tooltip.
Fill in the shipment date, the receipt date is automatically synced.
On the Logistics FatTab fields inherit from the route.
Release the transfer order, on the action bar, select Release > Release.
After release the Route Planning No. field specifies the route planned no. where the transfer order is linked to.
, enter Transfer Order, and then choose the related link.
