What's new in version 2501.3.0.0

Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Beverage Logistics extension, Drink-IT Edition, the route planning functionality has been enhanced to improve driver and co-driver management, eliminating the need for external tracking in Excel. The following enhancements have been made.

• Only active drivers and co-drivers (with the Status field value set to Active on the Drivers page) are displayed on the following pages:

  • Routes
  • Route Planning Worksheet
  • Warehouse Shipment
  • Warehouse Receipt
  • Sales Order
  • Sales Return Order
  • Purchase Order
  • Purchase Return Order
  • Transfer Order

  The system does not display drivers with an inactive or terminated status in these documents.

• If an inactive or terminated driver/co-driver is selected in a document, the system displays a notification indicating their status.

• When a driver or co-driver is linked to an employee number, the Status field automatically inherits its value from the associated Employee Card page, and you cannot edit it manually.

• When you change a driver or co-driver in the route planning worksheet or warehouse documents, the system updates all related documents during the posting process.
